Our 8 Favorite #Cookit Food Photos on Instagram This Week

Nearly 12,000 of you have used our #cookit hashtag. Here's the best of the best.

As each week goes by, our #cookit hashtag grows. And that means it's more and more difficult to choose our #cookit photos. I mean, there's a whole lotta eggs, a fair amount of meaty steaks, and the occasional gooey baking dish of mac and cheese—how can we pick?

And yet, somehow, we have.

But before we get to those photos, you might be asking yourself, "What's this #cookit?" Great question. #cookit is that time you make something so delicious, you're not even sure an image is capable of capturing its greatness. #cookit is that feeling you get when that dish you made comes out exactly the way you hoped it would. As our editor put it, #cookit is everything that happens after you find the recipe.

(Oh, and if you happen to live in the NYC area you can come experience all things #cookit this week when we throw our first ever #cookit cooking class and nacho-building party.)

So, go forth and #cookit! Right after you get a little inspiration below.
