Cooks' Note

WATER PAIRINGS:
Squirt of Apio-Rey

TIP:
Be on the lookout for interesting seedless grapes. My favorite for this recipe is a new seedless Muscat—it has all the flavor of a regular Muscat grape without the bother of the seeds.
