This cilantro pisco smash is inspired by Malina Bickford’s lovage aquavit smash, but here the Scandinavian spirit is swapped out for Peru’s iconic pisco. Aromatic, herbal, and subtly sweet, it pairs well with cilantro for a bit of freshness.
