Inspired by a pasta salad my uncle would bring to almost every family BBQ, this bright, fresh version features smashed olives, whole capers (two ways!), and lots of lemon juice and chopped parsley. The softened onion and caramelized tomato paste add just the right amount of sweetness to balance all of those salty notes. The best part? You can enjoy it immediately, after a few hours, or even chilled. Any way you serve it, this pasta salad is sure to be a perfect match for whatever protein you’ve got grilling.
