Ingredients: 1 recipe Traditional Pastry Piecrust dough for a 9-inch single-crust pie (page 5); 1/4 cup heavy cream (to glaze the crimped pie edges); 2 large eggs; 1/2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour; 1/2 cup granulated sugar; 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar; 1/2 pound (2 sticks) salted butter, melted and cooled; 1 1/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips; 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
