Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour; 1 teaspoon baking soda; 1 teaspoon salt; 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon; 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature; 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter; 1 cup packed light brown sugar; 1/2 cup granulated sugar; 2 large eggs; 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips; 2/3 cup roasted, salted peanuts, coarsely chopped; 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
