Ingredients: 1 cup ricotta cheese; 2 large eggs; 1/4 cup whole milk; 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt; 3 cups unbleached all-purpose flour; 4 teaspoons baking powder; 1 pound peeled crawfish tails, chopped; 3/4 cup diced onion; 1/4 pound smoked Gouda cheese, shredded (1 cup); 1/2 cup grated carrot (about 1 medium); 1/2 cup chili sauce (I use Heinz); 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper; 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce; 1 large egg, beaten
