Elvis famously loved peanut butter and banana sandwiches, often with bacon. It was that delicious combo that led to these family-friendly waffles. I think the King would approve!

I love these peanut butter and banana waffles with a thin layer of peanut butter smeared over the top and a drizzle of maple syrup. They’re also great topped with chopped fresh strawberries for a PB&J waffle, and my husband loves these topped with crumbled bacon and maple syrup.
