Ingredients: 1 (about 8-inch-diameter) reduced-fat, whole-wheat flour tortilla; 2 tablespoons prepared guacamole (2 g of fat or less per tablespoon); 4 ounces Basic Grilled Chicken (see page 219) or lean store-bought chicken breast, cut into cubes; 1/2 cup finely shredded green lettuce leaves (I used romaine); 1/4 cup finely chopped tomato

This wrap is filled with plenty of fresh ingredients. To make it easier to handle, be sure to finely shred the lettuce and cut the chicken into cubes, as this really is an overstuffed wrap—after all, the drippier the better (and more decadent!), right?
