Ingredients: 1/2 recipe Plain Pie Pastry (page 17) or Vinegar Pie Crust (page 19); 4 to 5 medium sweet potatoes (2 1/4 cups mashed and cooked); 3 eggs; 1/2 cup brown sugar; 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon; 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg; 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves; 1 1/3 cups milk; 1 1/2 teaspoons unsalted butter, melted; 1/8 teaspoon salt
