The spritz has come a long way from the original white-wine-and-seltzer spritzer, and spritz recipes today go far beyond the popular Aperol cocktail. Still, no matter what you put in them, fizzy spritzes are refreshing; they're the ideal low(ish)-ABV cocktail to sip with salty snacks before a meal.
