This smoothie mimics the flavors of everyone’s favorite blueberry muffins, only it’s chock-full of ingredients any kid (or adult) should be eating. I particularly like to make this smoothie when wild blueberries are in season.
Optional Super Boosts:
Bee pollen, chia seeds, hemp seeds, flax seeds, maca powder, vanilla or plain protein powder, collagen peptides, probiotic powder, pink Himalayan salt, Brazil nuts.
