When you have a big backyard full of people to feed, it’s tough to beat pulled pork that’s been smoked until it’s fork tender. Make sure you leave yourself plenty of time for this one—it’s not hard to make but does take some patience. Serve this classic favorite topped with cole slaw and call it Southern style.
