Ingredients: 2 cups sifted whole wheat flour; 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 8 tablespoons unsalted butter; 3/4 cup sugar; 2 large eggs; 1 cup whole milk; 1 tablespoon freshly grated orange zest; 1 1/2 cup fresh cranberries (you can substitute frozen, if necessary); 1 1/4 cups sifted confectioners’ sugar; 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest; 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice; 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
